# Organisation donations

### Receiving donations from groups or organisations 

OC allows for any organisation to make a payment straight to a group's page. They will have set up an organisation page but [this is a relatively straight forward process ](https://docs.opencollective.com/help/financial-contributors/organizations#how-to-create-an-organization)and it allows for a local business, trade union branch or local government to have their donation clearly displayed on your page.
